TRI-K offers Medical & Prescription, Dental, Vision, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Flexible Spending Accounts, and Dependent Care FSA-eligibility. These benefits start on the first day of the month after your hire date.
We also offer a 401(k) Savings Plan with Employer Match-eligibility on the 1st of the month after 6 months of service.
Employees are eligible for paid time off after 90 days of service.
In addition to the benefits above, we offer Life insurance STD/LTD. Coverage begins on your first day. Our HR department will be happy to provide details.
Employees are also eligible for EAP, will preparation, and our legal resource center immediately from the date of hire.

At this time, we are offering a hybrid schedule based on job responsibilities. Not every role will be able to work remotely.

Yes. TRI-K matches up to 4% for employees who contribute 5% or more of their paychecks. We offer both traditional and Roth savings features.
